What has your journey looked like to date?

So far my journey has been pretty epic! I have been swimming competitively for over 10 years now which has seen me win numerous age group and open titles, medals and records. I have competed internationally at several Oceania meets where I have retained the titles in the breaststroke races and also at the 2018 Commonwealth Games where I placed in semi-finals and finals. Over my time competing I have managed to gain club, regional and national records that are still currently standing.

What are some goals you are working towards?

Currently, I am working towards our Olympic Trials that doubles as our Nationals. From this I will hopefully be selected into a few different teams throughout the year for different events.

Who is someone who inspires you?

My Papa (Dad). He’s one of the hardest working people I know and gives the best advice. I grew up watching him achieve in sport and he has always guided me through my sporting career and throughout life. He’s always been motivated to achieve highly through hard work and that is something he instilled in me and that I remember when things get a bit tough.
